It does look like Chloe's wearing lip gloss. Don't worry the hair will come. Chantel's is gorgeous now. She finally got it at 3, in full force, so I could give her, her first hair cut. That's before she did her own at 4, and now at 7, it's all grown out again. :-) ♥ Chloe has gorgeous blue eyes.

Those eyes are enough to melt your heart. And it looks like she has lip gloss on accentuating those perfectly shaped lips.
that lip gloss is from her own specialty line called "drool"... :)
