The Writing is on the Wall....

Hey all. I'm again participating in Furthering His Kingdom Friday, sponsored by Kelly over at "The Barefoot Mama".

Well, I'm a day late here to truly participate on "Friday", but this week has been deja vu at our house. This week I was the one with the stomach virus ... not a pretty sight. So that's my excuse for being late, and I'm stickin' to it! Thankfully, I am on the mend although I still can't seem to get all my energy back. Maybe I'll regain it by the time I'm 45?

SO, this week my favorite son found the lone marker that had been left out by his big sis. Why is it that little ones seem to have radar for stray markers?? Thankfully the marker was the washable sort, so it came right off the walls, toys, furniture, etc. ... basically Carter left a trail through his & Audrey's rooms with that marker. Despite my initial "AAAHH!!!" reaction, I actually found it quite humorous. I always did hope my kids would have an artistic bent ...

He seems quite proud of himself, don't you think??
Oh, kids!

Amy,

I think that all kids are cute, because they're creatures of our Heavenly Father, but he is SOOOOO stinkin' cute! That precious little face! Quite the Picasso. ;o) Grace made a mural with spilled orange juice this past week...absolutely delightful, LOL!

Hope that you're feeling better, lady! Stomach bugs and mamas are the worst combo!

Drew used permanent marker all over a FRIEND'S wall last month. I was mortified. My friend was super full of grace and mercy though. Oh my.

Carter and Will would have a blast together! Many marker incidents here. :)

Chantel did pencil on our bathroom wall at 2 3/4 after we moved here, beautiful bathroom walls, didn't go over well, with Mommy, thank the Lord for Mr. Clean pads, they remove everything. It came right off.

Diaper Cream, on carpet, almost impossible, and on boxes, just before we moved. Chantel is very much the artistic. Thankfully, not very messy and we have a washable, thick plastic table cloth, for her projects!
